TANWORKS is a VFD designed with software for the oil industry. The flux vector technology provides full torque even at extremely slow speeds. Conventional pumping units are often required to adjust their pumping speeds as the down hole conditions change. Slower pumping speeds are often required in high sand production situations. These applications can be developed to suite your specific needs.
A Powerful Fleet

Unlimited Options
- Input/output extension cards: Logic inputs, open collector outputs, relays, PTC probe input, analogue inputs, analog outputs, pulse input.
- Communication cards: Fipio, ethernet, Modbus Plus, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, Uni-Telway, INTERBUS - for connection to the main communication networks availabe on the market.
- Controller Inside programmable card: Integration of programs in the drive for decentralization of the machine automation systems.
- Multipump cards.
- "Controller Inside" PLC based logic can be used for custom applications such as pressure monitoring, tank level or flow control. Characteristics: 10 inputs, six outputs, two analog outputs. The operator-friendly design of the TANWORKS range is evident in its unique remote graphic terminal - large display, plain text words, easy to read messages, and graphics. It's navigation wheel, function keys for short-cuts, and online help allow the user to quickly and easily scroll through the menus.

Eco-Design: Thinking of the Future
- The new generation of TANWORKS 61 drives benefits from an Eco-Design approach. The same importance has been given to the "environment" criterion as that for other criteria, such as: performance, quality, ergonomics... and this applies to each stage of life cycle of the product* (manufacture, distribution, usage and end of life).
- Exemplary end of life recovery... 88% of the parts used for the TANWORKS system are recyclable. They enable the recuperation of energy (incineration with energy recuperation) or of material (recycling, composting) conforming to the Eutropean directive WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment).
- Materials used for the TANWORKS VFD's have been selected for their minimal impact on the environment (Conforming to the European directive ROHS (Restriction Of Hazardous Substances)).
